EKEF End Support Bearing is classified into C5 (precision) and C7 (general purpose) according to the accuracy, which is suitable for different precision demand scenarios:
C5: radial runout ≤ 0.005mm, axial runout ≤ 0.003mm, after cooperating with ball screw, the positioning error within 1000mm stroke can be controlled within ±0.01mm, which can meet the micron-level drive demand of semiconductor wafer handling and precision testing equipment. After cooperating with ball screws, the positioning error can be controlled within ±0.01mm within 1000mm travel, which can meet the micron-level transmission requirements of semiconductor wafer handling and precision testing equipment.
C7 level: radial runout ≤ 0.015mm, axial runout ≤ 0.01mm, positioning error ≤ ± 0.03mm, suitable for food packaging machines, small conveying equipment and other medium precision scenarios, better cost performance.
