Product Description
The Ball Screw Rod Assembly is the core unit for achieving precision linear motion. Designed for efficient transmission and easy installation, it comprises: 1 ball screw with helical raceway (transmission core), 1 drive nut with integrated ball recirculation system (converts rotation to linear motion), 1 nut support for securing the nut, 1 pair of BKBF (or EKEF/FKF) screw blocks (centering and supporting both ends of the screw to minimize radial runout), and 1 coupling connecting the screw to the motor (transmitting torque and compensating for installation misalignment). For motor integration requirements, a motor mount can be additionally provided, enabling direct compatibility with precision drive systems.
