Straightening (Rough Adjustment): Initial correction of peeled bars to reduce bending deformation, adjust overall straightness, and minimize precision errors caused by substrate curvature in subsequent processing.
Grinding Machine (Rough Grinding): Rough grinding of the bar's outer diameter to remove excess material, preliminarily calibrate outer dimensions, and reserve adequate processing allowance for subsequent fine grinding.
Straightening (Fine Adjustment): Further precision correction after coarse grinding refines straightness deviations, ensuring overall flatness meets precision requirements for subsequent fine machining.
Grinding Machine (Fine Grinding): Fine grinding of the rod's outer diameter precisely controls dimensional accuracy and surface finish, enhancing base material machining precision to meet fundamental accuracy standards for ball screw core components.
Rolling Mill: Utilizes rolling mills to form thread raceways on the bar surface, establishing the preliminary raceway structure and defining the foundational trajectory for ball transmission, laying the groundwork for subsequent precision processing.
