Q: What should be noted when installing ball screws?
A: During installation, ensure the parallelism error between the lead screw and guide rail is ≤0.02mm/m to prevent radial forces from causing component deformation or precision loss. The nut seat must be preloaded according to specifications (P2 preload standard recommended), and regular lubrication maintenance must be performed using grease application or an oil mist lubricator.
