The R Series Metric Bearing Lock Nuts are made of 42CrMo steel with high strength and good wear resistance. This metric bearing lock nut features a radial locking structure and a copper triple-screw design, which can clamp the lead screw accurately, improve anti-loosening stability and avoid damage to the screw surface. It meets the axial positioning and locking requirements of ball screws and spindles in precision transmission equipment.

 

The circumference of the R-type lock nut has four evenly distributed slots. Therefore, it can be easily installed with a hook spanner.

Core Locking Mechanism: Features a radial three-point locking system integrated with a copper set screw for precise positioning. This enhances anti-loosening stability while preventing direct contact damage to the lead screw surface.

Spatial Adaptability: The relatively slim overall structure allows flexible adaptation to installations with limited thickness, occupying minimal space within the transmission system.

Usage Considerations: During radial locking, as the copper set screw is perpendicular to the external thread, excessive torque may reduce axial load capacity of the nut. Locking torque must be strictly controlled.
