Designed specifically for stepper motors, the stepper motor bracket solves the pain points of offset installation and insufficient load-bearing of ordinary brackets. Adopting integral stamping technology, the stepper motor bracket has a compact structure and strong rigidity. After precision grinding and anti-rust treatment, it is not only wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, but also can effectively disperse the vibration generated during motor operation, avoiding precision reduction caused by motor offset.

 

Compared with ordinary brackets, the stepper motor bracket optimizes the installation structure, reserves standard mounting holes, requires no drilling modification, adapts to multiple installation methods, and can be quickly installed without complex debugging. In addition, the stepper motor bracket can be customized in size according to the motor model, with strong adaptability. Its surface is treated with electrophoretic anti-rust, and its service life is 40% longer than that of ordinary brackets, which can adapt to humid and dusty industrial environments for a long time.

Flexible Structure

The base plate type is simple, easy to fix on the plane, suitable for all kinds of basic installation surface; flange type is connected through the flange, stable installation, accurate positioning, suitable for the motor installation of equipment requiring high precision; cantilever type can be installed in the air, space saving, to meet the specific spatial layout requirements.

Stable Installation

Designed to closely fit the stepping motor, it provides firm support for the motor through bolts, snaps and other connections to ensure that the motor maintains a stable position during high-speed operation and frequent starts and stops, and safeguard the operating accuracy of the equipment.

Heat Dissipation Assistance

Vibration Isolation and Noise Reduction
