Cylinder Linear Shaft

Different from ordinary smooth shafts, the Cylindrical Linear Shaft focuses on high-precision reference, stable guidance and strong adaptability, completely solving the pain points of ordinary smooth shafts such as insufficient straightness, easy wear and poor deviation compensation. Adopting integrated precision processing technology, the shaft surface is mirror-finished with a surface finish of Ra0.2 or less, and the fit gap with linear sliders and bearings is precisely controlled at 0.006-0.01mm, ensuring smooth operation without jitter or deflection, and realizing micron-level precise guidance.

The shaft body is treated with overall tempering and high-frequency quenching, with uniform surface hardness up to HRC60-62, excellent bending resistance and deformation resistance, which can maintain reference straightness even under long-term high-load reciprocating motion, and is not prone to shaft bending, wear and other problems. The surface is treated with anti-rust hardening or anodization (stainless steel can be exempted from anti-rust treatment), which is resistant to oil pollution, dust and humidity, adapting to conventional industrial working conditions and reducing equipment maintenance costs.

It has a wide range of specifications, with an outer diameter of 5mm-50mm and a customizable length. The end face can be processed with threads, chamfers, keyways and other structures according to needs, featuring strong universality. Easy to install and adapt, it can be directly matched with various linear sliders, linear bearings and retainers without complex calibration. Compact in structure, it occupies little installation space and is suitable for the installation needs of miniaturized and precision equipment. With simple daily maintenance, it can maintain long-term stable operation, and its service life is more than 50% longer than that of ordinary cylindrical smooth shafts.
