This high-precision linear shaft is different from ordinary linear shafts, adopting ultra-precision centerless grinding technology, with an outer diameter ranging from φ8mm to φ50mm, and the straightness is strictly controlled within 0.003mm per meter, ensuring the accuracy of linear transmission. Made of high-carbon alloy steel, it is integrally forged and tempered, with a surface hardness of HRC60-62, which has excellent bending resistance and wear resistance, and can withstand long-term high-frequency reciprocating motion without deformation.
The surface of the linear shaft is mirror-polished, with no burrs or scratches, ensuring smooth fit with linear sliders and linear bearings. The fit gap is controlled within 0.005mm, which effectively reduces transmission resistance and avoids position deviation. With a fully enclosed protective structure, it can resist oil pollution and dust erosion, adapting to the harsh working environment of industrial workshops, and reducing the frequency of maintenance.
It supports customized processing of outer diameter, length and end face structure, and can be quickly matched with various linear sliders and transmission modules. No complex debugging is required during installation, which can effectively improve the efficiency of equipment assembly and ensure the stability and accuracy of the linear transmission system.
