Through overall tempering and high-frequency quenching, it owns stable surface hardness and strong bending resistance, maintaining straightness accuracy well even under long-term high-load reciprocating operation.
With anti-rust and hardening surface treatment, it resists oil contamination and dust erosion, adapting to humid and dusty industrial environments with low maintenance requirements. It supports customized outer diameter, overall length and end face machining, featuring strong universality and easy installation. Compact in structure, low in transmission resistance and quiet in operation, it delivers better precision retention and longer service life than ordinary guide parts, being the preferred linear reference component for automated production lines, precision tooling and CNC auxiliary transmission equipment.
