It features tight tolerance, oxidation and corrosion resistance, as well as superior tear resistance and fatigue resistance. It can work stably under long-term heavy load, frequent forward and reverse rotation and instantaneous overload impact.

Compared with ordinary flexible couplings, it adopts optimized jaw tooth structure to expand stress contact area, with rated torque increased by over 60%. It avoids elastomer cracking and tooth slipping under heavy load. Besides, it retains vibration damping performance to filter high-frequency motor vibration and compensate thermal misalignment, preventing abnormal wear of drive shafts and bearings.

With split jaw-type compact structure and screw locking design, it supports convenient disassembly without moving drive shafts, requiring no dynamic calibration. It has tiny torsional deformation without transmission lag, ensuring high-precision synchronous positioning. It is highly universal and compatible with most standard low and medium torque flexible couplings.
