Made of 6061 aluminum alloy hubs with precision turning and hard anodizing treatment, the coupling is matched with high-resilience modified PU spider pads. It has precise fitting clearance, excellent oil resistance, oxidation resistance and fatigue resistance, and can operate stably under frequent forward and reverse rotation and continuous start-stop working conditions without aging or rusting.

Different from ordinary rigid couplings, it transmits torque by elastomer extrusion, which can compensate radial, angular and axial misalignment simultaneously. It reduces high-frequency vibration and resonance noise during operation. Under instantaneous overload, the elastomer buffers impact stress to protect motors, lead screws and bearings from torque damage.

Adopting split jaw structure with set screw or clamping locking mode, it features compact size and easy assembly without disassembling drive shafts or secondary alignment. With moderate torsional stiffness, it avoids transmission lag and synchronous deviation, balancing precision transmission and flexible shock absorption, which is highly universal for small and medium-sized transmission equipment.
