Designed specifically for various nuts, the nut retainer solves the pain points of poor fixation, easy wear and poor adaptability of ordinary limiting components. Adopting integral precision processing technology, the nut retainer has a compact structure and strong toughness. After surface polishing and anti-rust treatment, it is not only wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, but also can effectively disperse the pressure generated during nut operation, avoiding nut loosening and movement, and ensuring that the transmission accuracy is not affected.

 

Compared with ordinary limiting parts, the nut retainer optimizes the internal limiting structure, with a fit gap of 0.008-0.012mm with the nut, precise positioning, and can be adapted to nuts of different specifications and types. At the same time, the nut retainer reserves standard mounting holes, which can be directly assembled without modification, with convenient installation and strong adaptability. In addition, the nut retainer is equipped with a built-in dustproof protective structure, which can effectively block dust and impurities from entering the gap between the nut and the retainer, reduce wear, and extend the service life of the nut and the retainer.

 

When ordering, provide the specifications, thickness and installation parameters of the matching nut to ensure that the nut retainer is accurately matched with the nut and equipment. Do a good job in positioning and calibration during installation to avoid offset.
