1. Ball linear guide

2. Roller Linear Guide
Structural characteristics: the use of cylindrical rollers instead of steel balls, roller and raceway are in line contact, the contact area is 3-5 times larger than that of ball guide, and the rated dynamic load is increased to more than 10kN.
Core advantages: outstanding overturning moment resistance (40% higher than ball guide), strong rigidity (elastic deformation ≤ 0.005mm/1000mm), can withstand alternating impact load (such as injection molding machine clamping force).

3. Sliding Linear Guide
Structural characteristics: no rolling body design, relying on the guide and the slider between the metal contact surface or wear-resistant coatings (such as PTFE paste plastic, cast iron - cast iron pair) to achieve sliding friction, need to be matched with the oil pool or grease lubrication.
Core advantages: simple structure (cost 50% lower than rolling guide), good vibration resistance (suitable for punch presses and other high-impact equipment), maintenance requires only regular oil replenishment, suitable for low-speed scenarios (speed ≤ 15m/min).
Typical applications: traditional lathe bed guide, punch press slider guide, automated production lines, such as pallet conveyor guide, and other occasions that do not require high precision.
Second, according to the classification of friction characteristics
1. Rolling friction guideway
Containing types: ball guide, roller guide, needle roller guide (with slender needle rolling body, small radial size).
Characteristics: small frictional resistance, low energy loss, good smoothness of movement, suitable for high-speed, high-precision scenes, but the installation of high precision requirements.
2. Sliding friction guide

1. Single-row guide and multi-row guide
