High-performance solutions for reliable and precise linear motion systems

Linear guide axis support technology reconstructs the industrial linear motion scene with subversive innovation, and becomes the core support solution for modern precision machinery by virtue of multi-dimensional performance breakthroughs. Its revolutionary design breaks the performance bottleneck of the traditional support system, and provides a technological breakthrough of full-scene adaptation for industrial scenes with high load, high precision and high reliability requirements.

Precision Linear Shafts

I. Structural innovation of heavy load bearing
The box-type support structure optimized by finite element, combined with symmetrical raceway design, builds a dynamic load balancing system. The unique four-point contact ball array can evenly distribute the load to the whole support surface, realizing a dynamic load rating 3 times higher than that of traditional sliding support (Cₐ value increased to 28kN@standard specification). Under continuous heavy load conditions, the deformation of the support system is controlled to within 0.01mm, ensuring the stability of the shaft system under extreme load scenarios such as metallurgy and machine tools.

Energy efficiency revolution with low resistance operation
Adopting ceramic hybrid ball technology (steel ball + Si₃N₄ ceramic ball optional), together with nano-scale surface plating process, the coefficient of static and dynamic friction is reduced to 0.0015-0.002 area. Measured data shows that under 10m/min running speed, the friction power consumption is reduced by 67% compared with the traditional copper bushing support, and at the same time, the wear amount is reduced to 0.0002mm/thousand cycles, which significantly prolongs the maintenance cycle (the recommended maintenance interval is increased from the traditional 500 hours to 2000 hours).

Three, micron-level positioning accuracy leap
Integrating the preload adjustable mechanism and laser interferometer calibration process, the support system realizes ±2μm straightness error control. The straightness of the precision-ground raceway busbar reaches 0.003mm/300mm, which, together with the closed-loop feedback system, meets the positioning requirements of ultra-precision scenarios such as semiconductor packaging and optical inspection. The standard deviation (σ) is stabilized within ±1.5μm in the repeatable positioning accuracy test.

Flexible Architecture for All Scenarios
The modular design supports a full range of shaft diameters from 6mm to 120mm, and provides nine types of mounting structures, including flange, compact, and extension. The original lubrication-free maintenance technology (Lubri-Free™) is optional, enabling the support system to operate stably in harsh environments, such as vacuum (10-⁵Pa), high temperature (+150°C), and dust (ISO 12103-1 Class 8). The installation process utilizes a three-dimensional adjustment kit that allows for quick 15-minute centering, dramatically reducing equipment commissioning time.

As a core basic component in the era of Industry 4.0, the linear guide shaft support system is continuously breaking through the performance boundary through the deep integration of material science, manufacturing process and intelligent control. Its large-scale application in new energy equipment, aerospace precision tooling and other cutting-edge fields is promoting the global manufacturing industry to efficient, precise and intelligent accelerated evolution.
