Regular inspection and lubrication: The shaft support blocks need to be regularly checked for their lubrication condition to ensure that the grease is sufficient and of good quality to reduce wear and friction. For support roller bearings that are not installed and used, lubrication maintenance should be performed every 6 months, and in the southern region, it should be performed every 3 months.
Prevent corrosion and keep clean: The support roller bearings are filled with grease and coated with anti-rust oil when they leave the factory, but if they are not installed and used, they still need to be oiled and maintained every 6 months to prevent corrosion. Before checking the bearings, the bearing surface should be cleaned to ensure that the working environment is clean and avoid the influence of pollutants or moisture.
Proper storage: The support roller bearings should be stored in a dry, flat room without corrosive media, and avoid soaking or immersion in water. When stored, they should be placed stably, avoid vertical or tilted placement, and at least 3-5 buffer blocks should be evenly distributed in the circumferential direction between each slewing bearing when placed flat.
Avoid overloading and severe bumps: In daily use, avoid overloading the vehicle, because excessive load will increase the pressure on the axle and accelerate the wear of the axle. At the same time, try to avoid severe bumps and collisions when driving to protect the axle from damage.
