As a small and micro enterprise in Lishui City specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of precision locking nuts, Jiesheng Transmission is making its debut at the Yuhuan Intelligent Manufacturing Expo with our core products. Without grand brand slogans or overwhelming advertising, we simply aim to use our samples and concrete technical data to demonstrate to our peers and customers a small factory's unwavering commitment to "precision."

 

For this exhibition, we brought the "day-to-day" of our workshop to our booth: from locking challenges on machine tool spindles to anti-loosening pain points in automated equipment, and the stringent requirements for gap-free locking in medical devices-we brought corresponding solutions and samples to break them down for everyone to see. On the display boards at the venue, there were no exaggerated promotional slogans, only product data verified through repeated testing: micron-level thread tolerances, anti-loosening performance tested through tens of thousands of vibration cycles, heat treatment processes adapted to diverse operating conditions, and real-world application cases across various equipment scenarios.

 

First, a small factory's commitment: We don't chase scale; we simply strive for "precision" in a single nut.
Many peers, upon seeing our products for the first time, ask: "How can a small factory produce locking nuts that are so reliable?"

The answer is actually quite simple: we don't blindly expand production capacity or compete on price; instead, we pour all our limited resources into perfecting a single nut.

 

Starting with material selection, we're a bit more "picky" than others: we don't choose cheap, generic steel, but instead select alloy materials specifically suited for locking nut applications. Every batch of raw materials undergoes spectral analysis and hardness testing to ensure consistent and stable material properties; During the threading process, we use specialized CNC equipment and precision grinding machines, repeatedly optimizing pitch and thread profile to control tolerances down to the micrometer level; for heat treatment and surface finishing, we don't outsource to third-party factories-instead, we oversee every step ourselves, ensuring the nuts can withstand heavy loads while maintaining long-term anti-loosening performance without failure.

 

As a small and micro-enterprise, we lack the production capacity of large manufacturers and do not have the backing of a well-known brand. We survive by "obsessing over every detail." While others might produce thousands of units a day, we may only make a few hundred-but every single one undergoes 100% inspection: thread precision, hardness, anti-loosening performance, and surface finish. If any single step fails to meet standards, the part is immediately rejected and remade. We know that customers choose us not because of our size, but because we can solve fastening problems they cannot-such as precision drift caused by loose machine tool spindles, nut loosening due to vibration in automated equipment, and gap-free fastening in medical device assemblies… These seemingly minor issues are precisely the key to stable equipment operation, and they are the areas we are willing to spend years refining.
