Bearing lubrication:
Every few months (or according to the frequency of use), give the bearings to replenish some grease. If it is a low-speed equipment, just use ordinary lithium grease; if the speed is high and the temperature is high, choose molybdenum disulfide grease.
Operation method: Find the grease injection hole on the side of the bearing, squeeze in the grease until the old oil is slightly squeezed out from the other end, and then wipe clean the overflowed grease.
Shaft hole anti-seize:
Installation of synchronous wheel shaft hole is easy due to friction "bite" the shaft, check once a year, in the shaft and hub contact with a thin layer of high-temperature resistant grease, the next time the disassembly will be much easier.
Third, check: look, listen, touch, early detection and early solution
Every day or every week to spend some time "physical examination" synchronous wheel, can be found in advance 80% of the problem:
Take a look:
Observe whether the tooth surface has cracks, missing teeth or obvious wear (for example, the top of the teeth from the tip of the grinding into a flat), whether the belt and the bite of the wheel teeth are aligned, whether there is no runout.
Listen:

Touch:
After stopping the machine with the hand bearing parts, normal should be warm; if hot (more than 60 ℃), may be insufficient lubrication or bearing damage, need to be dealt with in a timely manner.
Fourth, adjust: so that the transmission "does not go sideways"

Tuning parallelism:
Use a straightedge against the side of the two synchronous wheels to see if they are flush. If there is obvious deviation, loosen the fixing screws, adjust with shims until the straightedge can be tightly attached to the surface of the two wheels, and then tighten the screws.
Adjust belt tension:
Press the middle of the belt with your finger and feel some elasticity but not to the bottom. If it is too loose, the belt will slip easily; if it is too tight, it will make the shaft bear too much force. Adjust the tension pulley or move the motor position until the belt sinks about 1-2 centimeters when pressed (adjust according to the belt length).
Maintenance Mistake Reminder
Don't wait until it breaks, then repair it again: see the slight wear of the tooth surface should be dealt with, don't wait until the chipped teeth or the belt breaks before replacing it, then it may be associated with the damage of other parts.
Different materials are treated differently: aluminum alloy synchronous wheel to avoid collision, stainless steel wheel to pay attention to rust prevention, plastic wheel do not contact with solvents.
