First, material selection: multiple steel materials to meet the needs of all scenarios
We provide four mainstream materials to meet the needs of different loads, environments and costs:

Aluminum alloy (e.g. 6061-T6): light weight (only 1/3 of steel parts), high strength, hard anodized surface, suitable for drones, robots and other lightweight equipment.
Bearing steel (e.g. GCr15): high hardness (HRC60-62), strong wear resistance, dimensional stability after deep-cooling treatment, used in heavy load scenarios such as CNC machine tools and automobile gearboxes.
45# carbon steel: balanced comprehensive performance, moderate hardness after tempering, surface can be quenched and strengthened, outstanding cost performance, suitable for general automated production lines.
Q235 carbon steel: easy to process, good weldability, anti-corrosion after oxidized black or galvanized treatment, suitable for construction machinery, general machinery and other conventional scenes.

 

Second, processing precision: strict control between millimeters
1. Key size requirements
Inner diameter, thickness, opening width and other dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled (e.g. high-precision retaining ring inner diameter error ≤ 0.01mm), and precision testing by CMM, micrometer, etc. ensures perfect fit with bearings and shafts.
The requirements for flatness and roundness are extremely high (flatness ≤ 0.008mm/100mm, roundness error ≤ 0.005mm), to avoid abnormal operation of bearings due to shape deviation.
2. Precision molding process
Adopting high-speed punching machine and hard alloy mold to realize micron-level precision molding, smooth edges without burrs (burrs ≤ 0.003mm), and no scratching of the bearing surface during assembly.

 

Surface treatment: anti-corrosion and adaptability double upgrade
1. Oxidized black treatment
Basic anti-corrosion process, forming 0.5-1.5μm oxide film, salt spray resistance ≥ 24 hours, suitable for indoor dry environment, low cost and does not affect the accuracy.
2. Anti-corrosion plating optional
Zinc plating: 8-12μm coating, salt spray test ≥ 72 hours, suitable for humid environment (such as food workshop).
Nickel/nickel-phosphorus plating: nickel plating 10-15μm (salt spray ≥200 hours), nickel-phosphorus plating 15-20μm (salt spray ≥1000 hours), wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for chemical industry, ocean and other harsh scenarios.

 

Fourth, environmental adaptability: the "ability to stand firm" in extreme scenarios
1. High temperature and vibration resistance
High-temperature scenarios use temperature-resistant materials (such as Inconel alloy, temperature 600 ℃), dimensional stability ≥ 98%.
After vibration test (5-2000Hz sweep frequency), resonance displacement ≤ 0.1mm, suitable for engineering machinery, aerospace and other vibration environments.
2. Customized environmental protection
According to customer's requirement, we can optimize the material and process (e.g. aluminum alloy + anodized for high humidity environment, bearing steel + nickel-plated phosphorus for strong corrosion scenarios).
