Product Information
As the preferred component for lightweight and high-precision transmission, the Aluminum Linear Slider has prominent core advantages, completely solving the pain points of traditional steel sliders such as heavy weight, cumbersome installation and limited adaptability. Made of 6061 aluminum alloy and treated with anodization, its surface hardness can reach more than HV150, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and scratch-resistant. At the same time, it is 40% lighter than steel sliders, greatly reducing the transmission load of equipment and improving operation efficiency. The fit gap between the slider and the guide rail is precisely controlled at 0.008-0.01mm, combined with a precision ball circulation structure, the friction coefficient is as low as 0.006, ensuring smooth operation without jitter, offset or noise, and realizing micron-level precise guidance.
Optimized in structure, the product is compact and small, occupying little installation space, suitable for the installation needs of miniaturized equipment. Equipped with a fully enclosed dust-proof sealing structure, it can effectively isolate industrial dust, oil and water vapor, avoid wear of internal precision components and reduce precision loss, adapting to harsh scenarios such as clean workshops and medical equipment. It is easy to install without complex debugging, can be directly matched with various linear guide rails, and supports flexible installation and quick disassembly. It can also be customized in size, mounting holes and precision level according to equipment needs, balancing light weight, precision and adaptability. With simple daily maintenance, it can maintain long-term stable operation, and its service life is more than 35% longer than that of ordinary aluminum sliders.
