Product Information
Different from ordinary linear guides, the stainless steel linear guide has obvious advantages in three aspects: first, excellent corrosion resistance, which can adapt to wet, corrosive and outdoor working conditions without rust and precision attenuation; second, optimized ball circulation structure, with built-in high-precision balls, smooth operation without jamming, small transmission resistance, and small torque fluctuation during low-speed operation.
In addition, the stainless steel linear guide optimizes the installation structure, reserves standard mounting holes of multiple specifications, which can be directly assembled without complex modification, adapting to various installation methods. The fit gap between the guide rail and the slider is controlled at 0.003-0.006mm, with precise positioning, no offset or jitter, which can accurately control linear displacement and greatly improve equipment processing and transmission accuracy.
When ordering, provide the specifications, stroke, installation method and matching equipment parameters of the stainless steel linear guide to ensure accurate adaptation; handle with care during installation, do a good job in coaxial calibration, avoid guide deformation caused by violent knocking; regularly clean the guide surface and do lubrication maintenance in daily use to prevent impurity accumulation and maintain its guidance accuracy and service life.

Stainless Steel Linear Rail
|
| products |
![]() |
![]() |
| Core Material | Primarily high-carbon steel, often surface-treated with quenching, chrome plating, or blackening. | 304/316 stainless steel containing corrosion-resistant elements like chromium and nickel, with passivated surface treatment. |
| Corrosion Resistance | Weak; susceptible to corrosion from moisture, salt, and chemicals; prone to rusting with prolonged use. | Exceptionally strong; withstands seawater, acidic/alkaline solutions, and disinfectants; highly resistant to rust. |
| Environmental Adaptability | Suitable for dry, indoor, non-corrosive conventional industrial settings (e.g., standard machine tools, conveyor lines). | Suitable for humid, outdoor, and multi-corrosive environments (e.g., marine, chemical, medical). |
| Biocompatibility | No specialized biocompatibility design; unsuitable for direct contact with food or human skin. | Meets food-grade and medical-grade standards; safe for direct contact with food, human skin, or pharmaceuticals. |
| Cost and Lifespan | Lower cost, with stable lifespan in dry environments but prone to failure in corrosive conditions. | Higher cost, but lifespan is 3-5 times longer than standard rails in corrosive environments. |
