Different from ordinary linear guides, the stainless steel linear guide has obvious advantages in three aspects: first, excellent corrosion resistance, which can adapt to wet, corrosive and outdoor working conditions without rust and precision attenuation; second, optimized ball circulation structure, with built-in high-precision balls, smooth operation without jamming, small transmission resistance, and small torque fluctuation during low-speed operation.

 

In addition, the stainless steel linear guide optimizes the installation structure, reserves standard mounting holes of multiple specifications, which can be directly assembled without complex modification, adapting to various installation methods. The fit gap between the guide rail and the slider is controlled at 0.003-0.006mm, with precise positioning, no offset or jitter, which can accurately control linear displacement and greatly improve equipment processing and transmission accuracy.
