The role of steel bushing in the equipment

Regular inspection: check the surface wear, cracks, corrosion and deformation, measure the fit gap, and deal with any abnormalities in time; listen to the sound of the equipment running to determine whether the bushing is faulty.
Standardized lubrication: Replace the lubricating oil or grease regularly according to the requirements of the equipment, use the appropriate lubricant for the special environment and shorten the cycle; when adding grease, the filling amount should be controlled at 1/3 - 2/3 of the bearing cavity to ensure the uniformity of the coating.
Keep clean: prevent dust and iron chips from entering into the gap, and install protective cover for the long-term exposed bushing; when slight rust, use fine sandpaper to polish and apply rust inhibitor.
Timely replacement: when the bushing is seriously worn or damaged, replace the new bushing with the same specification as the original one, clean and lubricate the bushing before installation, and strictly control the installation accuracy.
